At Gunnison County Abstract Company, we pride ourselves in quality work and the timely service we provide. A few of our biggest assets include a knowledgeable staff with over 60 years of combined experience in the title industry and extensive knowledge of Gunnison County, and an in-house title plant (the only one in Gunnison County) that allows us to search public records back to patent without leaving our office; this, in turn, greatly increases the speed at which we are able to supply our customers with their requests.
Our company is locally owned by a licensed attorney representing Gunnison County Abstract Company. The owner oversees all title and closing services and is available to all of our clients to address any concerns or lend his expertise when appropriate.
